Order of Operations

Please Excuse My Dear Aunt Shirley (PEMDAS)

First do what is “inside Parentheses”, or other grouping symbols, ( ), [ ], { }, | |, /

If / work top & bottom separately & do the division last.

Then work with the Exponential parts, ^, or Roots, √

Multiplication and Division are worked next from LEFT to RIGHT!

Lastly Addition and Subtraction are performed, again from LEFT to RIGHT!
