WebQuest: Additional Details

Each student or group will choose a numbering system and create a WebQuest for it. Students will create web-based presentations of the material, in which other students will have to read, find, and participate with in order to complete the Quest. The webquest will also include an evaluation survey for participants to complete.

Grading

Each WebQuest will be evaluated on the quality of the presentation and the quality of the materials included in the WebQuest. WebQuests with quality activities, references, and writing will receive better grades than those whose quality is lower. If the WebQuest is to be a group project, a group contract will be used to evaluate teammates' participation to be included in individual grades. If each WebQuest provides enough information for a person to understand the numbering system without prior exposure, then it is considered effective.
